Henry Goldbeck, the president and founder of Goldbeck Recruiting, is a strong believer in giving clients outstanding value for their recruiting dollar and treating candidates and clients professionally and effectively. Working closely with a network of likeminded recruiters across North America, he has found candidates for a variety of positions in a wide range of industries. He has worked with some of the leading companies in Canada and United States.

A truly international executive, Henry has worked in Europe and North America including Vienna, London, Montreal and New York. He now enjoys life with his wife and two children in Vancouver, BC, where he appreciates the beautiful natural scenery in British Columbia, from relaxing on the Gulf islands to hiking and biking at Whistler.

Vivian Fung

Vivian Fung, Senior Consultant, joined Goldbeck Recruiting in 2006 after a successful career in the accounting industry as an Auditor and Tax Accountant for Ernst & Young LLP, a Big 4 international accounting firm. As a member of the Goldbeck Recruiting team, Vivian specializes in the recruitment of sales, marketing, public relations, advertising, finance and IT professionals across Canada, United States and Asia. Vivian speaks Chinese fluently.

Vivian is an active member in the Vancouver community including being a member of BC Human Resource Management Association and Urban Recreation Vancouver Volleyball and Floor Hockey leagues. She was also the past President of Toastmasters International (Club 776290), Mentor for the Vancouver Board of Trade and has raise over $3,700 personally for the BC Cancer Foundation's "Weekend To End Breast Cancer 60K walk." Vivian has a Bachelor of Business Administration from Simon Fraser University.

Irene Ostrowercha

Irene Ostrowercha has over 11 years of experience in the heavy manufacturing industry both in Canada and the US. She has been responsible for areas such as Logistics, Inventory Control, Production, and Purchasing. Irene is a Certified ISO auditor. She has worked closely with Engineers and Quality Inspectors and Managers, assisted with maintaining ISO certifications, and regularly participated in re-certification audits.

Irene's business foundation began in the field of accounting, with her goal to become a professional accountant, however, Irene was presented with an opportunity in the field of operations/production -- she never looked back.

Since February 2007, Irene Ostrowercha has been working at Goldbeck Recruiting, Inc. in the capacity of Senior Recruiter- Operations and Engineering.
