“I find it best to do two things in an interview. Be genuinely curious about the candidate and

what/how/why/for whom they achieved in past positions or in school.  Keep asking questions until your

curiosity is satisfied. The goal is to get them talking and if you are lucky, skillful enough to do so, they

will tell you everything about themselves and you will have the information you need.  If you get them

relaxed and speaking in a relaxed manner, you will learn about their attitudes towards work, achievement,

cooperation, responsibility, authority, etc.”.
