1.) What drew you to Recruiting?

2.) What prompted you to make recruiting your career?
“Each project is different and you are lucky enough to be exposed to different types of industries, to learn something new every time. After having a taste of what being a Recruiter means, I decided to make a career out of it as I realised how challenged, stimulated, motivated I felt every day. Each project is different and you are lucky enough to be exposed to different types of industries, to learn something new every time.”
3.) What’s most rewarding to you about being a recruiter?
“Besides, the most fulfilling aspect of doing my job is to have the chance to make everybody happy! On one hand, you support companies’ growth by recruiting talents who, hopefully, will make the difference. On the other hand, you offer new job opportunities to candidates who are trying to make their life more comfortable or need a job that allows them to accomplish great things. Of course, there are difficulties, stressful times, setbacks but the juice is definitely worth the squeeze!”
