Farewell Ria Inducil
Ria‘s tenacity is what has always driven her; she enjoys challenges and approaches them head on. Today, Ria has decided to move on to the next chapter in her life where the focus will be health and family. We would like to wish her the best in years to come and that Goldbeck Recruiting will always consider her a part of this growing family.
Ria Inducil is a great recruiter, fantastic employee, terrific co-worker and friend and dedicated mother. Any new employees, contractors or interns arriving to begin work at Goldbeck Recruiting were warmly welcomed and made to feel accepted as part of the team by Ria and the example she set. Her office was the lunch room of the company where everyone was welcome and hilarity often ensued. She was up to any recruiting challenge from biotech executives, senior medical specialists for the pharma industry to be based in Montreal, Toronto or Vancouver or the head of cardiac surgery for a Chinese hospital, where the Austrian candidate was headhunted by Ria out of a prestigious German medical facility. We have been lucky to have worked with Ria for these 6 years and are happy to remain her friends. – Henry Goldbeck
