“In our firm employees have flexibility regarding work hours though that flexibility is used sparingly.  As a small team it is easy to be aware of the effort and productivity of staff and of their intention towards supporting the company to achieve our goals.  I think it’s most important to treat staff as adults who are able to manage their own time and make room for their personal and family requirements as well as ensure that they put in the time and effort to get their job done.  It seems to work well.”
