In Sales? These Sales Statistics Will SHOCK You. (They Might Even Change Your Business)
Is this crazy, or what? Apparently 80% of sales are made on the fifth to twelfth contact…but 48% sales people never follow up beyond the first contact. That means by not following up, we’re leaving most of our sales unsold.
(I know we’re guilty of that in this office, too.)
Sales is a game of persistence, persistence, persistence…
So let’s persist!
(And from now on, you can be sure I’ll be asking specific, direct questions about number of follow-ups in my recruitment interviews with your medical salespeople, too.)
