Responsibilities |
| |
Position Summary:
The candidate will provide
direction, leadership and motivation
to the sales team in the promotion
of the products at the retail level,
and peripherally to key accounts and
licensees.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Promotes and increases sales
within the province through
aggressive execution of national and
regional marketing strategies while
working with company policies,
resources and budgets
- Increases overall distribution of
core and agency brands in retail
stores
- Develops and monitors individuals'
sales objectives and ensures staff
are performing their duties to call
on retail stores, key accounts and
licensees.
- Executes merchandising and
promotional programs as per national
and regional strategies
- Call account tracking,
administrative reports, shelving and
display programs
- Manages advertising and promotion
budget within fiscal allocations as
outlined by regional office
- Functions cooperatively and
effectively within a team
environment. Contributes to overall
team objectives and dynamics
- Performs other duties as required

Qualifications |
| |
- Minimum of 5-7
years sales experience, supervisory
or team lead experience in a related
or complimentary field
- University degree
- Proven track record in a
high-performing team
- Strong communication and
interpersonal skills
- Self motivated and self directed
- Strong time management and highly
organized with attention to detail
and accuracy
- Ability to take strategic views of
the market, while possessing
analytical aptitudes essential in
making decisions
- Ability to coach, train and act as
a mentor to raise the sales team
skills in mastering the market,
product knowledge, customer and sale
techniques
- Team player
- Travel required (2-3 days per
week)
- Must have a valid drivers license
- Proficient in Microsoft office
