Company Profile
  Our client is a private, growing owner and operator of branded, private, beer wine and spirits retail outlets. They are in the process of implementing a unique, value added concept to their store design, merchandising and customer service. As this concept rolls out they will also be aggressively growing their number of outlets in the Lower Mainland of BC.
 
Responsibilities
  They are looking for an experienced retail or food service area manager to lead, train, motivate and manage store managers and staff.

 
 
Qualifications
  The successful candidate will have experience as a multi unit area or district manager with a retail or food service chain.

They will also have:
- A post secondary degree of diploma
- Have had p/l responsibilty for the units under their responsibility
- Have hired and trained managers and staff and successfully succession planned and implement those plans
- Have developed and implemented training programs
- Have led their units to above average growth in revune, profit and customer satisfaction.
- Have successfully turned around underperforming units

This position is a good fit for an ambitous candidate who wants to play a major role in an established company which will be growing aggressively over the next several years and beyond.
