Our Candidate Application Process:

  1. Resume Review
    Your resume is reviewed by a recruiter specializing in that career field. If you have applied for a position directly, then your resume will be reviewed specifically for that position. You will be contacted if you are shortlisted.
  2. Resume Filing
    Whether or not you are contacted directly by one our recruiters, your resume will be filed in our database so that we can match your skills with the requirements of other job positions or other opportunities in the future. We do not release your resume to any companies without your express permission.
  3. Qualifying
    As job opportunities arise, candidates are qualified by skill set, experience, income expectations, location, and other relevant job criteria. You will be contacted if you qualify for a position.
  4. Interviews
    Shortlisted candidates are first interviewed by a recruiter in the related field. Subsequent interviews are done directly by our clients doing the hiring.
  5. Job Hire
    Final selection of the candidate is done by our clients following their required hiring procedures.
  6. Job Alerts
    All applicants receive a FREE monthly Job Alert in the area of their chosen career interest notifying them of future job opportunities.
We operate as a contingency recruiter for companies, and there are no fees for candidates. Because of this, our priority is to make the best match between our candidates and our clients so that the work relationship is a long term success. Our goal to provide complete and honest information to both parties so that each may make their decisions confidently.
