The number jobs in these industries made up only 8% of total new recruitment activity in April as compared to 30% in September. These new hires have been in specialized fields including manufacturing and production managers, industrial mechanics, mechanical engineers, and sales specialists.

About 50% of the job opportunities is refilling positions vacant due to normal attrition, and the other 50% is from new job creation.”
