One of the largest international courier companies needed help finding an employee for a job in Fort McMurray, BC, Canada. Although they have a well established Human Resources department, they did not have any success in filling the position internally through relocation. Having gone through a number of attempts to find an employee themselves, they contracted Goldbeck Recruiting.
In addition to the remoteness of the location, other challenges to the search was to find a candidate who had direct experience in the logistics / courier industry, was a strong manager, worked in a unionized environment, and who could stay in Fort McMurray for the long-term.

Action speaks louder than words, I have used Vivian for 8 placements in 4 years. Several Sales Reps in a variety of geographic markets and market segments and a Sales and Marketing Mgr work here via Vivian's searches and screening.
