We often work for head offices who are looking to get the right minded agency making placements in satellite regions, which is how we came to work for a German company with their North American headquarters based in New Jersey. This company produces industrial mixers, processing systems for chemicals in the oil and gas industry and processing lines for the hygienic (cosmetic etc.) industries. We originally placed a sales person for them locally, and since then have made over a dozen placements. Most recently we settled a sales manager position for the hygienic industry to work in Florida. This person was responsible for half the U.S. and has a Latin American background to assist in expanding into those markets.
