Case Study: Shared Tower

Shared Tower was ready to expand their business out west and with that growth they needed to add two territory sales managers, one in BC and one in Alberta, to their team. Recruiter Kevin Britton took on this search and was committed to finding the right fits for the client. 

Shared Tower found success in Ontario specializing in fiber optic cabling and building tower sites and data centers. As their next goal was to grow in a new region they needed boots on the ground. Kevin approached this search by reaching out to individuals with a background in communications and outside sales. It was important that they had experience building relationships with a variety of clients as in this role they would be interacting with farmers to big corporations. In addition, this role would also involve an aspect of community planning and working with cities and townships. 

This search took a little longer than Kevin anticipated, but it was worth the extra time as he found two individuals that fit the bill perfectly. They had adequate experience in communications and building and were excited to grow with the company.
