Our client is a Trucking business on Vancouver Island. The owners are looking for someone with a minimum of two years office experience to be a key support in their office.
Responsibilities:
– Detailed tracking of all dispatch
o Includes load confirmation
o Data entry of complex information
o Invoicing customers
– Some Accounts Payables
– General office support to owners
Qualifications:
- Minimum of two years’ experience in an office processing invoices and light accounting.
- Trucking industry with dispatch tracking experience would be ideal.
- High energy, sharp mind and willingness to support owners of this growing business.
High attention to detail and strong keyboarding skills.
