Our client is a Canadian consumer product manufacturing company, selling directly to consumers in the Canadian and US markets. They are seeking a skilled media buyer responsible for generating leads via paid advertising on all major social media platforms.
Responsibilities:
· Conducting market research and analyzing demographics, media usage, and buying patterns to define the target audience and campaign requirements.
· Developing advertising strategies and campaigns to reach the desired audience and achieve performance outcomes most effectively.
· Buying advertisements on the local and national level with a focus on Facebook primarily, but also Snapchat, Instagram, and Google.
Qualifications:
· Have 2 plus years of experience in media buying/digital marketing with a deep understanding of social media platform advertising.
· Digital marketing coordinators with exposure to media buying and a high level of initiative will be considered.
· Media buying experience in the US market, specifically in the healthcare/Medicare markets would be an asset.
· Ability to work remotely with little supervision, self-responsible for achieving company goals within this area of responsibility.
· Impeccable written communication skills.
