Our client is a growing, global weight management company operating thousands of clinics in multiple countries. Their goal is to empower users to manage weight loss and combat global obesity.  Our client partners with medical professionals to help individuals educate and understand how to eat smarter.

We are looking for a Director of Marketing reporting to the VP of Marketing. This is an opportunity for a strategic, intermediate to senior marketing professional. This individual will drive growth through the client’s partner clinics, manage and execute marketing initiatives, and direct day to day functions on creative development, lead generation and strategy.

 

We are looking for marketing professionals with diverse backgrounds in B2B and B2C marketing channels.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, execute, and analyze B2B and B2C marketing plans
  • Partner with stakeholders to drive social and performance marketing
  • Manage the company’s brand presence, content, and website
  • Support various departments and business partners with marketing initiatives
  • Provide expertise and guidance across all marketing channels to drive awareness, leads and conversion
  • Identify needs and collaborate to build new capabilities including an automated B2B lead nurture program
  • Drive thought leadership and industry conference strategies with teams
  • Manage the marketing budget to cover all marketing activities
  • Create and monitor KPIs and optimize marketing programs
  • Conduct market research studies with business targets and current clinic partners
  • Supervise the B2C and B2B marketing teams to develop and deliver effective marketing plans and initiatives to support the company, clinics, and the sales team
  • Manage creative agencies and freelancers

Qualifications:

  • 10-12+ years of related experience in marketing or advertising
  • Experience with B2B and B2C marketing
  • Expertise in lead generation, digital and performance marketing
  • Experience working with sales teams
  • Experience in a health or wellness related industry is preferred
  • Experience managing creative agencies
  • Strategic thinker
  • Experience managing a team
  • Strong, demonstrated leadership skills
  • Exceptional communication skills and strong team player
  • Sound project management skills
