Company/Job Profile:   Opportunity to support a growing company by developing the HR function.  Essentially functioning as a Generalist.



  • New employee orientation and onboarding support
  • Compilation and maintenance of employee files
  • Employee benefits enrollment and support activities
  • Attendance tracking and management
  • Recruiting support
  • Sales team transition support
  • Human Resources policy development and documentation
  • Administration and coordination of employee review and performance measurement program
  • All other administrative duties and functions relating to the administration of Human Resources and other personnel support-based functions of the group.



  • Formal post-secondary education and/or training in Human Resources or equivalent experience
  • Chartered Human Resources Professional (CPHR) designation would be an asset
  • Minimum 5 years prior experience working in a similar role
  • Ability to be the visible, front-line representative for human resources on site
  • Strong administrative, multi-tasking, time management, and planning and organizational skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proven professionalism and confidentiality
  • Strong computer proficiency, specifically using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Office, etc.)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, communication (both written and verbal), and relationship-building skills
  • Presentation skills are an asset
  • Flexible, open, and approachable attitude
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision as well as within a collaborative team setting.
