Our client is a leading SAAS provider of safety compliance documents and systems and is looking for inbound sales representatives to convert client inquiries to product demonstration appointments.

These are permanently remote positions that can be performed from any province, or territory, in Canada with flexibility regarding the time zone worked.

There is no outbound or cold calling as part of this role! The position responds to requests for more information with the intention of educating them on our value and setting up a product demonstration.

 

Qualifications & Experience

  •  Able to build rapport and comfortably explain the concept and value proposition
  • Strong work ethic with a desire to perform to targets and earn incentives
  • Openness to feedback and coaching
  • Ability to work with CRM and related platforms

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Explaining the value of the product to prospective clients
  • Booking demos with customers and responding quickly to requests for information
  • Document your progress within Salesforce (CRM)
  • Being enthusiastic about our mission, values, and goals
