Our client is a global leader by reputation in custom lift solutions for commercial and residential use. This is a senior management position for an experienced International Brand & Lead Generation Manager, ideally with North American or international experience growing sales by implementing branding, marketing, lead generation strategies to expand a dealer/customer network. The International Brand & Lead Generation Manager will align strategic sales and marketing strategies and work closely with the President to develop strategic business plans.


  • Responsible for developing and executing sales strategies in all markets (North American/International)
  • Lead the Marketing Team to identify and execute sales channel marketing strategies to build revenue
  • Identify market trends to inform and develop sales and market strategies
  • Research and understand key market drivers including technological and competitive trends in existing and new markets
  • Gather international market intelligence via insight on key market and client drivers, competitive positions, approach, and pricing
  • Conduct and report on win/loss analyses through debrief interviews with clients
  • Work proactively with Research & Development to add value to innovations with market intelligence and client feedback
  • Direct and drive all aspects of marketing including planning, researching, and executing of steps/tasks to generate leads globally
  • Build performance marketing campaigns. Measure the impact of campaigns (Google, Social, SEM) using both qualitative and quantitative metrics
  • Responsible for the quality and consistency of the company’s professional image in all company and client communication channels, events, pursuits, and collateral material
  • Provide recommendations to company leadership, exhibit self-initiative, positive team attitude, technical quality and creativity, and ability to successfully juggle multiple deadline-driven initiatives and other tasks. Showcase flexibility in changing priorities
  • Ensure compliance with company image, brand standards, approval levels, and guidelines, at all levels and with the different stakeholders


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business. Continued education. MBA is an asset
  • Must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in developing and executing marketing strategies, ideally in a B2B Sales environment
  • Experience in developing effective marketing Oversee the execution of marketing strategies among the team members
  • Experience with website management and social media engagement
  • Must have a minimum of 5-7 years’ experience in a senior level management position driving sales in B2B Commercial Production or Manufacturing environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or Engineering is an asset
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in leading and managing teams
  • Experience in a Global and/or North American marketplace is an asset
  • Knowledge of field marketing operations within a manufacturing organization
  • Adept in understanding/working with product technical specifications and familiarity with architectural products
  • Proficient in Microsoft suite, CRM systems, sales/project management software

  • Meticulous attention to quality and detail
  • Positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude
  • Strong command of written and spoken English. A second language is an asset
