Our client is an IT start-up company providing innovative cloud ERP and CRM software for engineering, construction, and field service companies.


We are looking to hire a Sales Representative for the Western Canada region. The ideal candidate has a previous B2B sales experience selling software to small & medium-sized companies, and he/ she will report directly to the Managing Director of the company. This is a new role for the company, you will be a part of a small, close-knit team, helping to create the company culture and grow with the company.

  • Generate sales leads that will turn into opportunities and closed business
  • Educate and develop leads through inbound or outbound prospecting
  • Prospect into a target account list ranging from small to medium-sized organizations
  • Maintain strong relationships with C-Level executives of the client’s companies
  • Support  marketing activities and prospect touch-points
  • Conduct follow-up calls and emails until meetings are set
  • Closely cooperate with the Managing Director of the company and the rest of the team



  • Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B software sales is required
  • Experience selling services is an asset
  • Adaptable, professional, courteous, motivated with a strong work ethic
  • Interested in entrepreneurship and technology
