Job Profile:  Reporting to the Director of HR you will oversee the Labour Relations team of four.  Responsible for all aspects of LR within this organization providing advice and guidance to your team and all staff within the organization.  Dynamic and  hard working team.

Responsibilities:

  • Administration, guidance and interpretation of collective agreements
  • Handle grievances and arbitration procedures
  • Support Director with Collective Bargaining activities
  • Lead a team in all aspects of labour relations activities
  • Support, advise and coach Managers throughout the organization

Requirements:

  • Five years experience in senior level Labour Relations role
  • Public sector preferred
  • University degree in Human Resources Management, Business or equivalent combined
  • Solid understanding of best practices, trends and legislation in all disciplines of HR
  • Keen to be part of a fun, professional and collaborative team
