They are expanding and looking for an Outside Sales Representative who will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, architects, builders, and contractors. The new hire will play a vital role in promoting the company’s premium products, meeting sales targets, and contributing to the growth of the business.

- Identify and target potential clients through research, networking, and referrals.
- Generate and qualify leads to build a robust sales pipeline.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, builders, and contractors while providing them with tailored solutions.
- Develop a deep understanding of company’s product lines as well as market trends, specifications, and competitors.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and sales meetings.
- Prepare accurate and competitive quotes/proposals for clients with the support of the internal team.
- Negotiate and close sales deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to expand company’s presence in the market.
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions and provide regular reports to the management team on sales performance.
- Proven experience in outside sales with focus on windows, doors, and glazing specifications.
- Strong understanding of construction and architectural practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
