We are currently looking for a recruiter to join our team based out of our downtown offices in Vancouver, BC. Responsibilities
- Communicating with clients to determine search parameters, context and fit
- Researching company, industry and position;
- Developing career postings for internal and external distribution
- Developing search strategies and research profiles
- Doing primary search activities as well as directing research support
- Developing and implementing outreach strategies to targeted candidates
- Connecting professionally and effectively with potential candidates regarding skills, experience, interest level, salary and all factors affecting their potential successful fit for the position
- Professionally introducing suitable candidates to clients, taking feedback and adjusting the search moving forward
- Communicating with clients and candidates as searches progress
- Managing client and candidates’ expectations professionally and transparently
- Organizing client/candidate interviews, background checks, reference checks and offer negotiation as required; and
- Do regular business development activities as well as contribute to marketing content
Qualifications
- University Degree, Business Administration or other fields related to Human Resources management
- 3 to 5 years of experience in Human Resource Management, Talent Sourcing, or Professional Recruiting
- Experience in recruiting Operations, Production, Construction Sales or Marketing at a mid to senior management level.
- Self-directed, very organized, diligent, determined and persistent. Must be unstoppable.

- Must be motivated to earn an above average income Goldbeck Recruiting is a relaxed, professional environment where people work individually but are support by the team. We invest effectively in marketing which provides our recruiters the luxury of having a high volume of solid positions to recruit for.
We pay a base salary of CAD$42,000 plus a commission structure that allows for above average income. Extended Health, Dental benefits and 3 weeks vacation.
