Responsibilities:

  • Qualify leads; reach out and follow up with prospects, create value propositions, demo products, negotiate terms and legalities, and close deals.
  • Build, cultivate and maintain relationships across the real estate development, construction and property management sectors.
  • Structure and package value propositions into compelling presentations; with quantified benefits tailored for the stakeholder to enable executive decision making.
  • Account Management; developing close and value-centric relationships with Customers throughout the sales process and beyond.

Qualifications:

  • An expert at connecting with people and thrives on helping others; consult and add value instead of purely selling.
  • Extraordinary interpersonal relationship skills.
  • Ability to dig deeper and gain true insights into prospect’s goals, pain points, existing solutions, budget, and decision-making processes.
  • Demonstrates creativity, innovation, passion, and initiative.
  • Outstanding communicator and listener.
  • An excellent command of verbal and written English.
