Responsibilities:
- Create plans, strategies, budgets and complete projects from start to finish.
- Oversee projects and applicable team members to ensure flawless execution.
- Ensure all proper processes are always followed.
- Establish objectives and analyze all risks.
- Manage all financial components of each contract.
- Work with Finance to effectively monitor project budgets against established timelines.
- Collaborate with all applicable partners to ensure timelines are always met.
- Review and distribute change orders, drawings, specifications, and site instructions.
- Create and maintain great relationships with clients.
- Provide reports on each project progress.

- 3+ years in a Construction Project Management role (required)
- 3+ years in Commercial Tenant Improvements (required)
- Excellent attention to detail, and ability to work effectively under pressure to deliver high-quality work.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong initiative, planning, and execution skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Dedication and motivation to deliver high standards of service.
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts and construction law
- Strong diplomatic, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
- Strong computer skills, including experience with workflow management software and advanced knowledge of Excel.
