Our client is a software company powering international crypto exchanges. We are looking for a Senior Sales Engineer to join their team. This position is open due to organizational growth. This individual will answer requests and questions from prospective clients, act as a product expert, demonstrate the technology and leverage their deep understanding of block chain technology to facilitate sales success. He or she will communicate with technical people at prospective customer organizations. Part of this position involves assessing the needs of prospective clients, aligning client needs with the product offerings, as well as identifying and documenting gaps. Our client is well respected in the industry and is experiencing record growth.

This job can be fully remote.

Responsibilities:

·         Prepare and facilitate product training demonstrations

·         Lead technical discussions, technical negotiations, create technical proposals and statements of work for clients, including product customizations and integrations

·         Help respond to RFPs, providing technical documentation

·         Act as a technical resource for deployment, configuration, integration, and operations

·         Attend conferences, trade shows and industry events, as needed

·         Travel to meet clients to facilitate sales activities, as needed

·         Maintain and record pertinent client data

·         Assess the technical requirements of clients and align the company’s platform and applications to meet client needs

·         Identify gaps and offer third-party vendor solutions, or compose statements of work to address gaps

·         Suggest solutions and ideas to address client needs

Qualifications:

·         5-7 years of sales engineer experience with a company selling SaaS to the financial industry

·         Solid understanding of fintech

·         Excellent client interfacing skills and experience demonstrating products

·         Experience answering questions to prospective clients about products and identifying gaps

·         Strong understanding of block chain technology, including bitcoin, delirium, DeFi , NFTs, smart contracts, hot wallets, and cold storage

·         Fluent in English

·         Other language skills (such as Spanish, Thai, Korean, Japanese, or Chinese) are a major asset but not required

·         Exceptional computer skills

·         Ability to juggle multiple tasks

·         Excellent communication skills

·         Flexibility to work in different time zones, mostly Pacific Time

·         The ability to travel internationally 2-3 times a year is a major asset but not required
