- Network, train and empower individuals for more profound community engagement.
- Develop and update training resources, offering both internal and external training.
- Supervise technical aspects and efficiently manage administrative tasks.
- Advocate for community activities and seamlessly integrate awareness into communication platforms.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience managing communities or coordinating social media.
- Deep understanding of social media platforms and how they work.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for fostering positive interactions.
- Technical proficiency to solve platform-related issues and communicate with vendors.
- Ability to spot and respond to emerging trends in community engagement.
- Team player with the capability to work independently and take initiative.
- Effective time-management skills for handling multiple tasks.
- Experience with platforms: Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Twitter, Pinterest, and LinkedIn.
- Familiarity with social media analytics and metrics.
- Proficient in using the social media scheduler app Later.
- Previous involvement in influencer or advocate campaigns.
- Personal and creative social media presence showcasing engagement tactics.
- Experience in video/photo production (scripting, filming, editing) for social channels or other platforms.
