Responsibilities:

  •  Lead conversations to shape a compelling brand voice and foster community growth.
  • Strategize, troubleshoot, and actively participate in real-time to drive positive engagement.
  • Maintain a constructive presence, adeptly resolve conflicts, and promote a positive community atmosphere.
  • Deploy engaging tactics to enhance brand awareness and foster customer loyalty.
  • Empower Ambassadors and spearhead community-focused marketing initiatives.
  • Track metrics, generate insightful reports, and stay abreast of industry trends.
  • Interact with video content and promptly respond to customer comments.
  • Collaborate closely on cohesive promotion strategies and campaigns.
  • Monitor discussions, analyze patterns, and provide insights into potential opportunities.
  • Network, train and empower individuals for more profound community engagement.
  • Develop and update training resources, offering both internal and external training.
  • Supervise technical aspects and efficiently manage administrative tasks.
  • Advocate for community activities and seamlessly integrate awareness into communication platforms.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience managing communities or coordinating social media.
  • Deep understanding of social media platforms and how they work.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for fostering positive interactions.
  • Technical proficiency to solve platform-related issues and communicate with vendors.
  • Ability to spot and respond to emerging trends in community engagement.
  • Team player with the capability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Effective time-management skills for handling multiple tasks.
  • Experience with platforms: Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Twitter, Pinterest, and LinkedIn.
  • Familiarity with social media analytics and metrics.
  • Proficient in using the social media scheduler app Later.
  • Previous involvement in influencer or advocate campaigns.
  • Personal and creative social media presence showcasing engagement tactics.
  • Experience in video/photo production (scripting, filming, editing) for social channels or other platforms.
