Highly reputable water systems and service company serving the wholesale distribution market. Key leadership role in electrical/mechanical support to engineers, customers, contractors and team. Offering an excellent career opportunity with great support and training. Seeking a highly regarded electrical/mechanical technical leader in a highly sales relational environment working with a great team across 3 branches in Alberta with plans for growth.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • C.E.T or R.E.T. or E.I.T. with project management or project experience
  • Electrician/Mechanical with project management or project experience
  • Pump and pump controls
  • Mechanical & controls project quoting; Quoting & Design with engineers, contractors, customers and project management; Bidding and Quoting experience
  • VFD, panels, controls, electrical controls; setup and troubleshooting
  • Spec job and bid, working with engineers and customers; compliance
  • Ability and experience to read mechanical & electrical drawings
  • Preference for; master electrician, experience working with engineers, experience in plumbing, hot water heating, water well drilling &/or service, electrical controls, wastewater systems knowledge, municipal water systems, trades, CET with water systems/pumps sales experience; management experience
  • Preference for experience in business development and building operations with achieving targets/sales/goals
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Ability to work highly independently and as a valuable teamplayer
  • Excellent problem solving skills; Solution & results oriented
  • Integrity; highly motivated and organized; self managed
  • Attention to details and strong computer skills
  • Ability to work and travel (may be up to 40% at times)
  • Team player; Service & Customer driven; Strive for excellence
  • Additional Assets: waste water & municipal, agriculture background or knowledge
  • Hunter mentality- willing and excited to follow up on warm, qualified, educated consumer leads
  • Consultative sales experience with a proven track record of success (progress vs. quotas, customer reviews, etc.) is a plus
