They are looking for an Technical Sales Representative to join their sales team who is hardworking, motivated and service driven.
Responsibilities:
· Responsible for sales and rentals of our products and services in accordance with department goals and objectives.
· Grow and maintain customer base in the territories we cover Lower Mainland, Vancouver Island, Thompson Nicola and Okanagan.
· Solicit new account sales with a strong emphasis on prospecting activities.
· Maintain accounts with monthly review of contacts and sales volume targets.
· Generate quotes, and follow up with customers and sales leads.
· Maintain and update the CRM database on a daily basis.
· Responsible to and submit all site and customer information to operations personnel in a timely fashion to allow them to service the customers effectively.
· Participate and support in planning exercises and meetings as required for developing and promoting sales and marketing programs.
· Resolve customer invoice concerns and perform credit duties as required.
· Endorse company brand and culture in daily interactions between internal and external customers.
· Follow corporate sales dress code, maintain the cleanliness of company vehicle, and uphold company image at all times.
Qualifications:
· Strong ability to communicate information in a timely manner to customers and employees, even when they are delivering unwelcome news.
· Ability to produce quotations, follow up, and close sales on an ongoing basis.
· Strong sales and customer service skills
· Strong knowledge of sales strategies and tactics.
· Ability to manage a variety of activities simultaneously with good judgment and flexibility.
· Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
· Ability to foster a team environment.
· Efficient use of computers, Microsoft Office Suite, and other associated programs utilized by the company (e.g. fleet management software, etc…)
