Responsibilities:

  • Flexibility and willingness to adapt to meet clients and companies expectations and challenges
  • On site visits with clients, 3 days per week, successfully selling to a wide variety of manufacturing and related industries
  • Provide technical consultation and service, selecting and promoting appropriate products/services
  • Involvement in territory’s strategic plan and account strategy to ensure sales growth
  • Understanding clients’ business operations and adding value to their organization through implementation of key products

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Bilingual (Fluent in French)
  • Driven and self-motivated to make a measurable impact within the company’s business plans
  • Able to travel 60%
  • Valid Driver’s License and own vehicle (travel expenses are covered)
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills as well as presentation skills
  • Pro-actively able to react to customer’s needs and pain points, active listener
  • Eager for personal growth, mentorship, engagement with management and pro-active, process-oriented sales approach
  • No previous technical sales experience required
