Responsibilities:

  • Spearhead ERP project lifecycle, including design, deployment, and integration, ensuring alignment with business processes.
  • Manage project timelines through effective planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management.
  • Conduct comprehensive training and support for ERP and IT projects, ensuring user competency.
  • Maintain rigorous documentation standards for project status, system modifications, and training materials.
  • Facilitate effective communication across all levels of the organization to ensure project success.
  • Uphold company standards, policies, and procedures, focusing on system and data security.
  • Lead by example, fostering a culture of operational excellence and innovation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, with preference for advanced project management credentials (e.g., PMP, Prince2).
  • At least 10 years of technology experience, including 7 years in project management; manufacturing sector experience preferred.
  • Required experience with ERP systems; SaaS implementation experience is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and strategic skills, capable of effective decision-making and problem-solving.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to negotiate and build relationships.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Willingness to travel and ability to work in the US and Canada as required.
