Responsibilities:

• Assemble custom cabinets according to specifications.
• Apply advanced joinery techniques.
• Interpret blueprints and drawings.
• Collaborate with design and project teams.
• Maintain workplace safety and cleanliness.
• Meet quality standards within deadlines.
• Effective communication with teams and clients.
• Willingness to work overtime.
• Organize and oversee manufacturing floor operations.
• Assign and manage departmental tasks.
• Ensure assembly and finishing quality of products.
• Train and review production crew.
• Participate in production planning meetings.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years in custom cabinet making.
• Preferred: Joinery diploma.
• Proficiency in joinery techniques and machinery.
• High attention to detail and quality.
• Strong communication skills.
• Teamwork and independent work capabilities.
• On-site work requirement.
• Physical job demands management.
• Adaptability for overtime and schedule changes.
