They are currently seeking an Operations Manager to join their team in Port Moody.
What you bring to the table:
- Operational Leadership: Proven ability to devise and execute strategies aligning with organizational goals. Proficiency in team management, coaching, and fostering a goal-driven environment. Setting and managing KPIs while sharing best practices for consistent success.
- Organizational Management: Demonstrated track record in surpassing sales targets, influencing decision makers, and building enduring relationships. Holding direct reports accountable.
- Technical Acumen: Proficiency in CRM systems, MS Office, and Google Suite. Analytical skills to develop sales plans, generate reports, articulate forecasts, and interpret results.
- Corporate Sales Training: Experience developing standard operating procedures, reviewing training processes and materials, and reviewing Real Estate Agent client’s implementation, engagement, and performance.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, real estate experience is beneficial.
- 7-10 years of related experience
- Success in establishing and maintaining effective relationships at the senior management level.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, MS Office, and Google Suite. Analytical skills to develop sales plans, generate reports, articulate forecasts, and interpret results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruiting, onboarding, and developing talent while ensuring accountability for results.
- Resolving escalated issues, tracking trends, and overseeing sales activity from inception to contract signing.
- Coordinate with marketing for sales funnels, CRM lead follow ups and messaging
- Collaborate with client services for event planning and social gatherings.
