- Production Oversight: Manage all aspects of projects, ensuring they stay on track, on budget, and meet high standards.
- Team Leadership: Lead a skilled team, including technicians and subcontractors, promoting teamwork and safety.
- Resource Management: Efficiently handle labor, equipment, and materials to keep production running smoothly, and manage supplier relationships for inventory.
- Quality Control: Enforce top-notch quality standards, surpassing industry norms for craftsmanship.
- Project Scheduling: Create and manage project schedules, coordinating with different teams and subcontractors to meet deadlines.
- Cost Management: Keep an eye on project budgets, find cost-saving opportunities, and collaborate with the finance department to control expenses.
- MRP Expertise: Use MRP tools to optimize inventory, procurement, and production schedules for efficient resource use.
- Safety Compliance: Ensure safety regulations are upheld throughout the production process to maintain a secure working environment.
- Client Communication: Keep clients informed with regular updates, address their concerns, and ensure their overall satisfaction.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify ways to improve processes and implement strategies to boost production efficiency and quality.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the kitchen and bath renovation industry.
- Proven expertise in Material Requirements Planning (MRP) tools and software.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of safety and regulatory compliance within the industry.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality.
- A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred but not mandatory.
