Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to secure orders from existing and new customers through consultative selling.
- Establish and maintain relationships with decision-makers across OEMs, consultants, distributors, and end-users.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Customer Service, Production, Engineering, Sales Management) to meet customer needs.
- Manage sales forecasts and strategies for customer retention and new account acquisition.
- Provide feedback on market conditions, customer needs, and competitive activities through CRM.
- Stay updated on product, market, and industry trends.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years in power transmission sales with a proven track record in new business development.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Experience with mechanical/power transmission products required.
- Mechanical or mechatronic engineering background preferred.
- Hunter mindset focused on business growth.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively.
