Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to secure orders from existing and new customers through consultative selling.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with decision-makers across OEMs, consultants, distributors, and end-users.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Customer Service, Production, Engineering, Sales Management) to meet customer needs.
  • Manage sales forecasts and strategies for customer retention and new account acquisition.
  • Provide feedback on market conditions, customer needs, and competitive activities through CRM.
  • Stay updated on product, market, and industry trends.

 Qualifications:

  • 5+ years in power transmission sales with a proven track record in new business development.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Experience with mechanical/power transmission products required.
  • Mechanical or mechatronic engineering background preferred.
  • Hunter mindset focused on business growth.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively.
