Judy’s Story

Judy Slutsky is a senior, certified professional Human Resources consultant (CPHR), with extensive industry experience in both the practice and management of human resources. Her experience spans a variety of industries including manufacturing, construction, property development, retail, professional services, healthcare, regulatory agencies and promotional product business.

Developing long term, positive working relationships is the cornerstone of Judy’s value proposition. She has worked with Henry and the Goldbeck team for over 18 years to provide Goldbeck clients with human resources support. Her unique approach aligns all human resources initiatives to the company brand and culture, and she brings the weight of her varied experience with her by sharing best practises across industry, organizational structure, and company goals.

Judy was raised in Winnipeg and spent many years in Ontario.  Her degrees are from The University of Manitoba and University of Toronto. Judy moved to Vancouver 30 years ago to raise her 3 children, who are now young adults pursuing their own careers.

Personal Facts:

  • Judy’s goals are to swim in many bodies of water as she can – to date she has swum in 150 bodies of water worldwide and is still counting
  • Judy enjoys bringing out the best qualities in other people
  • She only drinks good coffee – really good coffee
