Ridley Coal Terminals in Prince Rupert is a client of ours, and we work regularly to place mechanical and electrical maintenance managers, amongst other positions. All of the individuals we’ve brought on board so far have been from across the Western Canadian provinces, relocating to Prince Rupert. We find that managers in areas like rural Alberta and British Columbia are often used to moving and that allows us to target people from across the country based on the skill set instead.
Ridley is a good company with good pay, and we put in hundreds of hours to find the right people to join their team with each contract.
